6. Location preference ranking, preferred program timeline, and your level of flexibility towards each city. For example: 1) Chengdu, 5.5 months, somewhat flexible 2) Shanghai, 5.5 months, somewhat flexible 3) Shenzhen – not interested
7. TEFL Certificate (If you do not have a TEFL Certificate, please notify Teaching Adventures Abroad. Those not holding a TEFL Certificate will be considered for an interview on a case by case basis.)
   
8. Signed Liability Form (below)
   
9. The name of the English teacher who recruited you (if applicable)
   

Pay the $100 non-refundable fee via the link under the Pay section. If selected to move past the interview phase of our application process, please be prepared to pay a non-refundable program fee of $1,500.
